\nI think we need to start with an outline of our presentation. We need a good hook to lure them in. Then we need some simple points that argue for our proposal. Emphasis on the goal of the technology. I'll put a rough one on the document, and you guys can change it accordingly.

Teachers could all receive a Flip video camera or equivalent. Then they'd have a route for publishing videos or audio.

\nAlso for teachers that don't lecture there is a wider range of options for sharing with students. Also you can put the video equipment in the hands of the students. Then they can produce content, which can be shared.
